The Problem

Event thinking vs. structural thinking

Most decisions fail because they address visible symptoms, not the structures that generate them.

01 · Event thinking

"Sales dropped — hire more reps." Reactive interventions that address visible symptoms while the underlying structure keeps generating the same problem.

02 · Pattern thinking

"Sales drop every Q3." Noticing recurring patterns but still unable to explain why the structure produces them or where to intervene.

03 · Structural thinking

Identifying the feedback loops, delays, constraints, and leverage points that generate the pattern — and intervening at the right level.

How It Works

From vocabulary to structural intervention

Three phases. One integrated system.

01

Learn the frameworks

Complete the 13-module course at your own pace. Each module builds on the last — from boundary definition to leverage-point intervention. Includes knowledge checks and a practical artifact for each module.

02

Diagnose your strategies

Paste a real strategy, roadmap, or decision document into the SII Evaluator. Three independent AI agents return a composite score across 7 structural dimensions, with risk flags and archetype detection.

03

Apply with AI support

Use the AI Tutor to work through real problems as they arise. Ask about specific frameworks, get help interpreting your CLD, or request analogous examples from the source library.

What's Included

Four pillars. One integrated toolkit.

13-Module Course

Progressive curriculum covering wicked problems, VUCA environments, causal loop mapping, 8 system archetypes, leverage hierarchies, and structural intervention design. 40–60 hours. Product-team focused.

AI Tutor

AI teaching assistant grounded in the full course corpus. Ask questions in plain language, get structured answers tied to specific concepts and modules. Designed to reinforce learning, not replace reading.

SII Evaluator

Paste your strategy, plan, or decision document. Three independent AI agents score your structural reasoning across 7 dimensions and produce a composite SII score with risk flags and recommendations.

Source Library

Curated academic and practitioner references — Meadows, Senge, Goldratt, Sterman, Forrester — tiered by module and ordered for progressive mastery with reading-status tracking.

Grounded in course content

What is the difference between a reinforcing loop and a balancing loop, and when does each dominate system behavior?

A reinforcing loop (R) amplifies change — growth breeds growth, or collapse breeds collapse. A balancing loop (B) resists change, acting as a stabilizer...

Learner Stories

What practitioners say

Before this course, our team kept shipping solutions to symptoms. Now we map the feedback structure first — it's changed how we run every strategy session.

M

Marcus R.

Head of Product · SaaS (B2B)

The SII Evaluator flagged three archetypes in our roadmap I hadn't noticed. The report is now a standard part of our quarterly planning review.

P

Senior Strategy Consultant · Independent

I've done Coursera, books, internal workshops. This is the first course that gave me a method I can apply the next day — not just vocabulary to describe problems I already knew existed.

FAQ

Common questions

Who is this for?

Product teams, strategy consultants, operations managers, and leaders who face complex, recurring decisions. The course is built around product-team contexts but the frameworks apply across domains. Module 0 starts from zero — no background required.

What plans are available?

Four plans billed annually: Individual ($89/mo — course only), Individual Plus ($159/mo — course + AI Tutor + SII Evaluator), Team Core ($599/mo — 5 seats + shared AI Tutor), and Team Assessment ($1,499/mo — 10 seats + 2 SII organizational evaluations/year). Enterprise plans start at $25,000/year.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — Individual and Individual Plus plans include a 7-day free trial. Team and Enterprise plans do not include trials; SII organizational evaluations are strictly locked behind paid subscriptions.

How does the SII evaluation work?

Paste your strategy, plan, or decision document into the SII Evaluator. Three independent AI agents each score your submission across 7 dimensions using a 0–4 evidence rubric. Scores are aggregated by median, and a weighted composite produces the SII (0–100). Risk flags are generated for weak dimensions (< 40), detected archetypes, and prioritized recommendations.

Is the SII scientifically validated?

Not yet. The SII is a research-stage methodology grounded in established systems thinking literature (Meadows, Senge, Sterman) but has not undergone peer-reviewed psychometric validation. Outputs are exploratory and experimental. Not for high-stakes HR decisions.

Can I use this for client work?

Yes, with appropriate context. The SII evaluation output is designed to be shareable and includes structured scoring across 7 dimensions with risk flags. Present it as a structural diagnostic framework, not a certified assessment.

Ready to think structurally?

Individual plans include a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime before the trial ends.
